Before the start of the heating season, a comprehensive assessment of the chimney system was carried out.
At the first stage, the specialist climbed onto the roof to clean the chimney from the top. Using professional equipment, a deep mechanical cleaning of the flue was performed to remove soot and accumulated deposits.
This is a critical step because a dirty chimney:
• reduces chimney draft
• decreases heating efficiency
• significantly increases the risk of chimney fires
After the cleaning, the flue passage was checked to ensure proper airflow and the overall condition of the chimney system.
All work was carried out in full compliance with safety regulations for working at height.
